UPSC IFS Main DAF 2024 link active: Fill out the form by September 5, check direct link here

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has opened the online Detailed Application Form (DAF) for the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2024. Candidates who have cleared the preliminary round can visit the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in, to complete the UPSC IFS (Main) DAF 2024. Eligible candidates can submit their DAF until September 5, 2024.UPSC conducted the IFS Preliminary Exam 2024 on June 16, and the results were released on July 1, 2024.
The official notice reads, ‘It may be noted that as per Rules of Indian Forest Service Examination- 2024, any delay in submission of the DAF-I or documents in support beyond the prescribed date will not be allowed and will lead to cancellation of the candidature for the IFoS Examination, 2024.’

UPSC IFS (Main) DAF 2024: Steps to fill in the form

Candidates can follow these steps to fill in the DAF for UPSC IFS (Main) exam 2024:
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC, i.e., upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, under the ‘What’s New’ category, click on the link that reads, ‘DAF – 1: Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2024.
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Enter the asked credentials, i.e., your email id and password and click on submit.
Step 5: Fill in the UPSC IFS (Main) DAF 2024 and submit it.
Step 6: Take a printout of it for future reference.

All the qualified candidates are required to fill up the DAF-I ONLINE and submit the same ONLINE for admission to the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2024.
